PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  A new addition and renovations to the existing school, consisting of new high tech classrooms, new electrical services, complete mechanical, plumbing and electrical in order to comply with the architectural renovations.

The MEP includes the removal of the existing steam steam heating system, to be replaced with new high efficiency modular gas fired boilers.

Construction Cost:  $22.0 million (4 schools)

Completion Date:  September 2000
